Thankfully, it doesn't happen too often, but collection bins can be damaged or even go missing entirely!
Our goal is to get you a new bin asap and keep you composting in the interim :)
If your bin is damaged or gets lost, simply call or email us at 301-202-4450 or email@example.com and we'll deliver you a new bin asap, and almost always on your next pickup day. A replacement fee to cover our costs may be assessed depending on the situation.
In the meantime you can collect your overflow compostables with your own bin/bag and on your next pickup day, just leave your extras out, clearly labelled, and our driver will take them and leave you your new bin.
